Product Information


MX Business Lite is Windows-based software to manage the Avery XS (XS-100, XS-200, XS-400) series scales, for remote programming and optional sales / management reporting.

Price includes:
* MxBusiness version V5.4.5.3503 download link
* User Manual (PDF format)
* Remote installation & scale communications set up (1 scale)
* Permanent license registration

The license is a one-off outright linked to one PC/laptop.

The scale connects to your PC via your Ethernet router with a Cat5 Ethernet cable. You will need to set an IP address prior to use (contact us for technical help).

With the MX Business Lite software you can:-

Optional services for remote training and support are available - see Options above. (The hardware package-inclusive training must be booked within 60 days of scale delivery or will be forfeited). We will usually require at least 2 working days prior notice to book a training session and earliest slot is subject to earliest availability within our technician's work schedule. For initial install and the remote training session, you will require an internet connection on your Windows computer, you will need Administrator level Windows login, and you will need to download/install the free version of TeamViewer QuickSupport for remote access.

If you are using Windows 10 in S Mode you will need to switch off S mode for the MX program to be installed. Windows Administrator level access will be required to install the program. MX Business software uses Microsoft SQL and is particular about the version. If you have other apps on your computer that also use Microsoft SQL but a conflicting version then you may need to use a different computer or uninstall those apps for MX Business to work. The same applies to any security software or network management app or device that may interfere with installation or operation of MX Business.
