Product Information

Call out fees for service at your premises are subject to a minimum £85 charge, plus the additional region travel cost (see above) covering upto 1 hour on-site. This must be pre-paid at the time of booking.

Additional travel charges, car park fees and congestion charge will be quoted separately where applicable and are payable at the time of booking or on the day of the visit.

Additional charges at our hourly rate will apply after the 1st hour on-site, rounded to the next 15 minutes, and is payable on the day.

Our charges cover the consultant's time. While we will try our best to fix any faults on your equipment, we do not guarantee to do so, and our fees are payable regardless. You must provide any necessary keys, PIN/password and have full unrestricted access level to your equipment / software.

Equipment supplied by us will be repaired or replaced free of charge under the manufacturers warranty, subject to the warranty terms. However, where you do not bring the equipment to our workshop and require a site visit then the fees for a call-out are payable.
