With our Programming Service we will program the till or scale with your business-specific information.

WHAT CAN BE PROGRAMMED?
Depending on the model and capabilities of your chosen cash register or weighing scale, this can include:-
* Date and Time settings
* Name and Address on Receipt
* Logo on Receipt
* Staff / Clerk Names
* Department / Product Category Names
* VAT Rates
* Menu Items / Products with PLU Descriptions, Prices and Tax Rates
* Screen Layouts and Buttons
* Stock Levels
* Barcodes
* Preset Keys
* Special function keys (eg. discounts)
* Labelling of keys or printing key sheets
* Setting HALO high amount limits to avoid errors

HOW DO I SPECIFY MY REQUIREMENTS?
Simply complete our spreadsheet with all your information, email it to us and leave the rest to us.

WHAT DOES IT COST?
The actual cost will vary depending on what features you require to be programmed and how long the programming / key labelling will take. As a guide, the typical price for the main 4 types of till are shown above and cover upto 1 hours work on Basic & Retail Tills, and upto 3 hours work on Hospitality Tills and POS Software. For additional hours where there is a large amount of product and stock data, advanced features or where you have multiple price levels/tariffs an additional hourly rate of £35 per hour will apply to cover data-entry, checking and supervision.

WHICH MACHINES CAN YOU PROGRAM?
We can program all the cash registers, touchscreen till systems and retail scales supplied by us. If you have an existing cash register, pos system or scale that requires programming, we may also be able to program that depending on the make and model.

For POS software, we can program ICR Touch, SamTouch, Sentinel, CES Touch, Geller Touch, Casio QT series, QuickStore, Sam4s SPS2000, SPS2200, SPS500 / 520 / 530, certain Sharp models as well as various other packages.

The above prices are for new tills purchased from us, for programming prior to despatch. If you have an existing till and require programming at your premises, then a Call Out Charge or return shipping/delivery charge will also be payable.
