TecStore is one of the UK's leading providers of loan cash registers. We offer cash registers for hire for just £75 per week all across the UK, plus a delivery & collection charge.

Discounts are available for longer term hire over 4 weeks - please contact us for a quote.

Retail Tills are suited where you wish to simply type in the amount of each item with upto 5 categories, or you have upto 5 priced items on preset keys. Hospitality Tills have a larger number of keys (72 keys) and are suited where you wish to program a menu of food/drinks with their descriptions & prices onto individual keys.

Hiring a till is a cost-effective business solution for events, exhibitions, festivals, popup shops, new business start-ups, temporary use while your main system is being repaired or your new system is awaiting installation.

Whether you require 1 cash register or 50+, at TecStore we can arrange prompt delivery throughout London and the rest of UK with optional programming, technical support and paper rolls.

Each loan machine is supplied with an Easy Operating Guide to show you how to turn it on, how to register sales, how to correct errors, how to process refunds, and how to run the end of day report.

Our programmed tills are supplied ready to plug in and use immediately. You can have your business Name/Address/Vat No. etc programmed onto the receipt and also define fixed departments/products & prices to facilitate an efficient sales process in a busy, high volume environment. We also provide remote support should you require any assistance setting up or operating the till.

Hospitality tills require your menu/prices to be programmed before use. We can offer this service so your machines are delivered programmed and professionally labelled ready for use (please allow 2-3 working days for turnaround), otherwise you can program them yourself following the manufacturers user guide.

1. A shipping charge of £12 is payable each way for delivery and collection by next day courier service in the UK Mainland. A same day delivery service is available in London for an extra charge.
2. A £100 returnable deposit is required for each retail till and £200 for each hospitality till. This will be refunded once the machine/s has/have been returned to us and successfully inspected to be undamaged, with original box, original packaging, all accessories, cables, cash drawer, cash tray and keys all returned intact and clean.
3. If programming of retail tills is required, please allow 2-3 days for preparation. For programming of hospitality tills, please allow 3-5 days. An Express service is available for an extra fee.
4. We do not provide refunds for unused till rolls or if you return the machines earlier than the initial booked period.
5. An optional on-site set up service is available - please contact us with your location for a quote.
6. For retail tills, we will supply the Sam4s ER180US. For hospitality tills, we will supply the Casio SE-C450. Other cash register models are available for hire subject to different pricing.
7. Standard fees for programming of retail tills will include the receipt header/footer, upto 5 departments with vat rates or upto 5 preset PLU keys. Programming of hospitality tills will include upto 72 PLU keys with 1 price/description and vat rate, and receipt header/footer details.
8. All machines must be boxed, sealed, labelled (as provided by us) and made ready for collection from the designated address on the day after the hire period during courier collection working hours, otherwise additional hire charges will apply. If the loaned machines cannot be collected after 2 consecutive days attempts by our courier then the deposit sum may be forfeited, unless you have arranged and paid for an extension of the initial hire period.
9. All our loan tills are mains powered. If you require portable battery powered tills please see our ER-230 available for sale only.
