Intel Core i7 processor model available with 15" (4:3) touchscreen, 8gb RAM, 128gb SSD and USB/RS232 Serial ports. Choice of peripheral options, memory upgrade and rear customer display - see Options above. Other TCx800 specifications are available to special order.

The Toshiba TCx-800 POS terminals are aimed at those users requiring highest performance, combined with robust build quality and ultimate reliability. If you are looking for the ideal retail-hardened machine to give fast performance, modern design, and ultimate reliability for many years then the TCx800 is the perfect choice and is fast becoming the preferred choice of terminal for users who require dependable equipment for mission-critical operations with the added security of a Next Business Day (UK Mainland) on-site warranty.

The i7 processor model of the TCx800 is one of the fastest POS terminals on the market, usiing an Intel® Core™ i7-7600U Processor with 4M Cache, up to 3.90 GHz.



The modern design TCx-800 is a natural progression on the award-winning TCxWave terminal, with greater scalability and even more streamlined aesthetics. The TCx-800 offers a choice of Intel's 7th Generation uSeries powerful processors and there are various options for screen sizes and formats, memory, storage, security, comms/interface ports and stand/fitting.

The double-hinge stand allows you to adjust the height of the touchscreen as well as the display angle.

Operator Screen Display Format Options:

* 15” 4:3 (E0) or 15.6” 16:9 (E1) (Brilliant White version)

The 4:3 is the squarish screen format, whereas the 16:9 is the widescreen format.

On the Black 18.5" model, the SSD is automatically upgraded to 256gb at no extra cost. Please note the 18.5" model is available to special order only and current lead time is 12+ weeks.

Note: On our standard specification machines, the 128gb SSD already has the pre-loaded image with Windows 10 IoT and Toshiba tools. If you require additional storage space, to avoid re-imaging cost we advise to install a 2nd SSD drive of the required capacity.

Windows 10 IoT (standard), TCx Sky v1.1.01, CBB, Windows 10 IoT LTSB 2016, Windows 10 IoT Enterprise 2019 LTSC, Windows 10 IoT SAC, and enabled for Linux Kernel 4.4 (requires processor back porting)

On-Site Warranty
The standard 1 Year On-Site Warranty is available for UK Mainland sites, during office hours Monday-Friday, with a 2pm cut-off time for booking a next business day call out, with either a fix or replacement. Most hardware configuration or operating system issues can also be resolved remotely quicker. You may optionally extend the On-Site Warranty at the time of equipment purchase to either 3 years or 5 years - see Options above. 7-Day cover Monday-Sunday is also available, please contact us with your site postcode(s) for a quote.

For sites outside the UK Mainland the warranty is Return to Base, covering parts and labour, and excluding shipping fees.

TCx-800 Pole Mounting Options:



As standard, the Toshiba TCx800 15" touchscreen panel is fitted to its counter-top or table-top stand. Optionally, you can remove the stand and fit a VESA-compatible 100mm x 100mm bracket to mount the touchscreen on a pole or wall-bracket. A counter-top pole mount with dual brackets for the 15" touchscreen and the 10" customer display is also available as an option, with either tilting bracket or swivel short/long arm with tilting bracket.
