Product Information


Ezee POS is a cloud-based POS app that works with SamTouchOffice and our IMIN range of Android devices. It has an initial setup cost of £350 per location/menu. There are no ongoing monthly/annual license fees or commissions on your customer orders. A SamTouchOffice subscription will need to be in place to use the app - this costs £150 per annum per device.

Ezee POS can be used in hospitality at cafes, bars, restaurants and hotels and also configured for retail environments for stores, pop-up shops, kiosks and mobile sales forces.

It operates on our IMIN range of Android mobile or countertop terminals with either WiFi or with a 4G-enabled mobile device using a sim card (monthly data fee applies).

Ezee POS is perfect where you have sales staff out on the road taking orders and payments, a mobile van, an outdoor event, an exhibition or similar field-based sales.

Requires SamTouchOffice Subscription for back office functions. The cloud-based control panel SamTouchOffice allows you to define your products and prices, discounts and promotions, set up screens and other business data and run virtually-live sales and stock reports.

For compatible equipment to use Ezee POS, you can choose from our full range of IMIN Android POS Terminals and Mobile handheld devices.

Integrated Card Payments are processed using eMerchantPay. Please contact us for a guide rates quotation. You can either purchase the Pax A920 Pro android terminal outright (£395+vat) or on a monthly rental of around £18+vat. In addition, there is a monthly gateway fee of £4.50+vat per terminal.
