The Mobo2Go platform is no longer available for new subscribers and is expected to close for existing subscribers from June 2023.

Please contact us about the SamTouch OrderMe App instead which allows for delivery and collection orders and links with our SamTouch based restaurant and takeaway pos systems.



The Mobo2Go Online Ordering app is customised with your business logo, colour scheme, food and drinks menu, prices and opening hours. It supports both collection (take-away) and food delivery orders.

Mobo2Go Online Ordering is ideal for restaurants, take-aways, catering businesses and other operations who wish to take online orders for customer collection or home/business delivery.

Your customers can create their own account, allowing them to order regularly with you with ease and also keep track of their order status. There are no commission charges - you retain 100% of your sales income.

The App is web-based, hosted on the Mobo2Go server, and you are assigned your own unique URL (eg. chickenshop.mobo2uk.com). It works on any internet-enabled device including Apple iPhone, Android, Windows computers and tablets. If you already have your own 'www' domain name, then you can include an 'Order Online' button to divert to the ordering app on the Mobo2Go server.

Customer orders are instantaneously communicated to the SamTouch POS software, where a kitchen ticket is printed, and a bill and delivery driver ticket printed. Each order will also show payment status so you will know if the order has been pre-paid by card, or whether you need to take payment yourself on collection / delivery.

The Mobo2Go Control Panel allows you to set your opening days and hours, your order handling capacity based on available drivers and restaurant staff, and your order processing / delivery times. It also provides options to accept, reject and refund orders.

The ongoing monthly subscription is payable directly to Mobo2Go.

INITIAL SETUP COST
Initial set up of the app for your business costs a one-off £475+vat, and is typically completed within 3-4 weeks for most menus from receipt of all details.

ONGOING COSTS
Monthly Fee: £59+vat per month
No commission on orders. Unlimited orders.
You can terminate at any time by giving 1 months advance notice.

PAYMENT GATEWAYS
Your online ordering app can be setup with various payment methods:
* Cash on collection/delivery
* Credit/Debit Card (new merchant account required with Global Payments)
* Credit/Debit Card (via Stripe)

As with all card payment service providers, a Global Payments or Stripe merchant account is subject to application approval and the ongoing standing charges and card transaction charges, which would be quoted to you prior to sign up.
