The Casio CV-10 pc software utility for Windows computers is designed to allow you to program your compatible Casio cash register, download a logo to it and generate sales reports.

The CV-10 program is available as a download. The optional RS232 Serial Data Cable is sent by tracked post/courier. UK and Worldwide Delivery.

Casio CV-10 (CVW) pack includes:
* CV-10 Windows software application V2.42
* CV-10 (CVW) User Guide (30 pages, pdf format)
* Optional Casio RS232 Serial Data Cable.

You will require a 9-pin male RS232 serial port on your PC. If your computer does not have a serial port, you may be able to use a USB-Serial Adapter, but see Note 1 below.

Please Note:

1. The CV10 program is designed to connect to your Casio till via a 9-pin RS232 serial (COM) port). If you choose to use a USB-to-RS232-Serial adapter with our cable you will need to contact the manufacturer of the USB adapter for any related technical support, as you may require device drivers particular to your Windows version to be able to create a virtual com port. We do not provide technical support on 3rd-party adapters.

2. Programming utilities are designed for dealers and technically competent end-users already familiar with them. We do not provide free user support or training on these utility programs - please purchase our technical support services if required.

3. You cannot just use any serial cable with this CV10 utility, the cable will need to have the correct internal pin configuration for it to work. There are different types of serial cable such as Null Modem, Crossover, Two Wire, Serial Printer cable. Using the incorrect cable may even electrically damage your till or computer. We recommend you include our specially made Casio RS232 Serial data cable with your program purchase to guarantee compatibility.

4. Shipping of the data cable is free in the UK Mainland only. Additional delivery charges will apply for addresses outside UK Mainland.

5. The program is supplied to install and operate in English only.

6. We have installed and used the CV10 program on computers from Windows 7 to Windows 11. However, with so many different editions of Windows we cannot guarantee an older program as CV10 on every version and with all hardware, so if you face any compatibility issue you may need to run the program in Compatibility mode or use an alternative computer with a previous Windows version. more details

7. Please ensure your till model is compatible with the CV10 program and version (see above), and that you have the required RS232 Serial Port on your Windows computer. Once you order and we send you the download link, we cannot provide any refund thereafter on software as stated in our Terms. Any technical help requested will be chargeable at our standard hourly fees with pre-payment.
