The 2865-S is a Mixed Value Banknote Counter. This advanced machine is designed for higher capacity counting with its larger hopper that holds upto 500 notes, and its fast counting speed of upto 1200 notes per minute.
It allows you to insert mixed denominations of a particular currency (upto 3 different currencies at a time), and it will count the number of notes and value for each denomination. You can put £5, £10, £20 and £50 notes in all at the same time, inter-mixed, including Scottish and N.Ireland issue banknotes.
MULTIPLE CURRENCIES SUPPORTED
The 2865-S is programmed to automatically identify and authenticate banknotes in 16 different currencies. Mixed value counting is supported for 16 currencies which are pre-installed as standard:
GBP, EUR, USD, CHF, PLN, CZK, BGN, HRK, HUF, RON, SEK, NOK, DKK, TRY, SCT, NIR
You can count multiple note denominations from upto 3 of the above currencies at the same time. The machine automatically recognizes which currency or denomination is inserted.
Software update available for the new King Charles III banknotes that are due for release in 2024.
HIGH SPEED PERFORMANCE
It has a fast counting speed of uptp 1200 notes per minute to provide you with maximum counting flexibility, reliability and efficiency, even in mixed value mode (upto 3 currencies at once).
TOP LOADING DESIGN
A top-loading hopper enhances speed and reliability further. With a top loading mechanism, the banknotes have less route to travel through so this allows for faster counting and less chance of sticking and jamming.
An anti-static brush in the hopper eliminates errors on polymer banknotes that can be caused by static build up.
ADVANCED COUNTERFEIT DETECTION
The 7-point Counterfeit Detection checks UV, MG, size, infrared, MT, thickness and color providing the strongest degree of protection on the 16 supported currencies. It will pause and beep to alert you when it encounters a suspicious banknote; simply remove and check the offending note and press start to resume counting.

ADDITIONAL FUNCTIONS
The 'Add' features allows multiple batches to be accumulated. The 'Batch' features pauses at a preset quantity to allow you to group your banknotes into desired bundle sizes.
LARGE SCREEN SIZE
Large 3.5" operator touchscreen display shows the number of notes counted, monetary value (in value mode) and the security features that are active. Shows a complete count overview per currency and denomination.
