Product Information


The Ratiotec Rapidcount X500 is a robust dual-pocket bank-grade machine that supports a number of international currencies. It is used in cash offices throughout Europe, Africa and the Middle East.

It can count and sort notes and uses advanced CIS imaging technology to carry out a high level of counterfeit detection. It is suited to counting high volumes of cash and also allows simultaneous counting of different currencies.

It has undergone Bank of England Certification with a 100% pass rate for detecting known counterfeit GBP banknotes. see Bank of England Machine Tests page.

The X500 streamlines your cash handling process by eliminating the need to manually sort and count notes. With high end forgery detection it can be used to process large cash payments and process and batch your notes for ATM use or daily or weekly banking.

Its worldwide popularity is due to its capacity for high volume note counting, reliable and extensive counterfeit detection, the ability to hand heavily worn and dirty banknotes, and the capability to count many unsorted banknotes at the same time

CURRENCIES SUPPORTED:
Standard currencies are GBP, SCO, EUR, USD, RON, CHF and PLN.

British pound sterling, Scottish notes, Euros, US Dollars, Swiss Francs, Polish Zlty and Romanian Lei.

Additional currencies are available on request at a cost of £100 per currency. See the 'Available Options' box above and add your required currencies (upto 6) to your 'Order Comments' on the shipping address page when ordering online. You can choose from the following currencies for current issue banknotes:

DUAL POCKET:
Suspicious, heavily soiled or damaged banknotes are sorted into the 2nd reject bin so that counting is not interrupted. It has a capacity of upto 100 notes in the reject pocket.
