At TecStore we offer a range of expert services related to the setup, programming, usage, user training, maintenance and repair of all major brands and models of cash register including Casio, Sharp, Sam4s and other leading brands.
TecStore provides technical support services on the Casio, SAM4S / Samsung and Sharp series of cash registers and tills and on CAS, Adam, Digi, Avery and Dibal scales as well as certain other brands of tills including some Elite, Olivetti, Uniwell and Geller models. We can service and repair most makes and models of POS equipment including touch screens, receipt printers, cash drawers, barcode scanners and keyboards.
Whether you need help or assistance with setting up, staff training, programming, resolution of an error message or machine lockup or a printer, drawer, screen, power supply or keyboard repair - we can assist you in most cases. POS EQUIPMENT REPAIR
We will quote and agree a fixed price with you before incurring any repair cost (other than the minimum handling charge).
Whether you have a faulty cash drawer, a blown power supply, an error message which locks the machine or a printer mechanism which requires replacement, we can provide a prompt and reliable POS system repair service.
If the POS equipment cannot be repaired on the spot, loan equipment can be hired for the duration of the repair at our normal daily / weekly rates.
POS SOFTWARE EXPIRED
If your software license has expired, we can offer replacement POS software with a permanent (non-expiring) license, including set up, programming and training. As long as your equipment is compatible, this will save you having to purchase a whole new system. We have the latest software programs with modern design and comprehensive features that are easy to use and very reliable.
If your hard drive has become damaged or faulty, you will require the original program to be re-installed and may need to be licensed again by the software provider and your data recovered from a backup (if you have a recent backup of it). Our hardware repair fees do not cover software re-installation / licensing or data recovery. In this case, its usually easier and cheaper to buy a new software program and start again.
POS SYSTEM TRAINING
With our Training Service, our consultant will train upto 2 people in the programming and usage of the POS system.
With training, you will feel much more confident in the use of your new POS system, get the best return from your investment and be able to take maximum advantage of all its basic and advanced features.
With training, you are also equipped with the know how to make price changes, vat changes, name/address changes, date / time changes, and product / department changes to your till whenever you wish.
